3. Repeat Infringer Policy

MusicSeed maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers:

3.1 We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. 3.2 At our sole discretion, we may limit access to our service and/or terminate accounts of users who engage in blatant intellectual property infringement, regardless of whether repeat infringement has occurred. 3.3 Such actions may be taken, for example, based on a relevant court ruling that establishes a user's infringing activity.
