1. Can I cancel my renewed subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. This will stop any future renewals.

2. What are the differences between model versions?

We offer five models: MS-V1.0(Best free model),MS-V1.5(Improved sound quality),MS-V2.0(A stable, high-quality standard choice),MS-V2.5(Highest ultimate quality, most detailed output),MS-V3.0(Strongest overall capabilities, highest level of musicality and production quality)

Newer models deliver better sound, richer vocals, and more expressive musical ideas. Due to system costs, access to newer models is reserved for higher-tier plans.

3. Do I get commercial use rights to my songs?

Free and Basic plans don't include commercial rights. If you're on Standard or Pro, you can use your songs commercially, just make sure to follow the rules of any platform you share them on. You’re responsible for respecting third-party terms of service.

4. What is your after-sale service policy?

We provide lifetime free support and updates for all full-version products. Should you have any questions, our dedicated support team is available to assist you with a prompt response.

5. What is your credit policy?

In all plans, credits are replenished automatically at the beginning of each cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually). Unused credits from the previous period do not roll over and will be reset.

For example, if you're on the Standard Plan, you receive 4,000 credits each month. This means if you subscribe and receive 4,000 credits in January, your balance will be reset to 4,000 credits in February regardless of how many you used.

If you use all 4,000 credits in January, you will start February with 4,000 credits.
If you use only 100 credits in January, you will still start February with 4,000 credits!

The same principle applies to our Basic and Pro plans, with the reset cycle being weekly for Basic and annually for Pro.

6. What is MusicSeed and how does it work as an AI music maker?

MusicSeed uses AI to generate full songs from lyrics and text prompts. Just describe the style you want, and MusicSeed creates the arrangement, vocals, and mixes automatically.

7. Is MusicSeed a free AI voice generator?

MusicSeed offers a free mode to test voice generation. For higher-quality output and commercial use, upgraded plans are available.

8. Does MusicSeed include a song generator that writes lyrics too?

Yes. MusicSeed can generate song lyrics, or you can paste your own lyrics and let the AI voice sing them.

9. What styles or genres can MusicSeed’s AI song generator create?

MusicSeed supports Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, EDM, Lo-fi, Cinematic, Acoustic, and more, with new styles added regularly.

10. Can MusicSeed’s AI voice generator sing my lyrics in different vocal styles?

Yes. You can choose between multiple AI voices: soft, emotional, bright, deep, robotic, or character-styled voices.

11. Is music generated by MusicSeed copyright-safe?

Yes! All AI-generated music is original. Usage rights depend on your plan (personal vs. commercial licensing).

12. Do I need musical experience to use the song generator?

No experience needed. MusicSeed is designed for beginners, content creators, and musicians who want faster workflows.

13. Can I upload my own melodies or reference tracks?

Yes. You can upload a melody idea or musical reference, and MusicSeed will build the song around it.

14. Does MusicSeed work online or require downloading software?

MusicSeed is fully web-based — no downloads required. Just open and start creating.

15. Can I use MusicSeed as a free AI music generator to make complete songs?

Yes. You can generate demo songs for free. To export high-quality or commercial tracks, you can choose a paid plan.
